You’ll work with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, understand their challenges and translate them into practical data science and AI solutions, taking those solutions from initial idea through to production. This is a highly collaborative role. You’ll be comfortable stepping away from the data to build relationships, facilitate conversations and present complex ideas in a way that makes sense to different audiences. You’ll proactively connect with people across business and technology teams, bring stakeholders along the journey and turn technical thinking into clear recommendations that support better decisions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deploy machine learning, advanced analytics and AI solutions that address real business opportunities. Build scalable data processing, feature engineering and model deployment pipelines within our Azure environment. Explore and develop practical applications of Generative AI, agentic workflows and agent based solutions. Operationalise solutions through strong testing, deployment, CI/CD and monitoring practices. Partner with business and technology teams to shape use cases and translate complex challenges into clear data science solutions. Monitor model performance, data quality and reliability to ensure solutions continue delivering value in production. Contribute to high quality engineering practices through code reviews, solution design, documentation and reusable assets. About You 3-5 years’ professional experience across data science, advanced analytics or machine learning in a commercial or enterprise environment. Proven experience developing, deploying and maintaining machine learning or AI solutions in production. Strong Python, SQL and PySpark capability, with a solid foundation in machine learning, statistical modelling and software engineering. Hands on experience with Azure data and AI technologies, particularly Azure Machine Learning, Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of Generative AI, including large language models, RAG, embeddings and vector retrieval, with exposure to agentic AI advantageous. Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker, automated deployment and production monitoring practices. A confident communicator who enjoys presenting, facilitating conversations and translating technical concepts into clear, commercially relevant recommendations. Strong relationship building and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and contribute to shared outcomes. Why Asahi Beverages?
