About this role

aXcelerate is seeking a Head of AI to lead the AI Squad within Engineering, translating AI strategy into working product features and engineering practices. You will drive hands-on AI work, guide AI-enabled development, and provide technical direction to CTO and product leaders. You will partner with Product, Design and customer teams to identify AI opportunities, mentor high-performing engineers, manage budget and OKRs, and promote responsible AI governance in our SaaS platform.
