About this role

Linktree is seeking a Head of Operations Engineering to own the AI platform, pipelines, and governance that keep AI demos reliable in production. You’ll enable product, engineering, marketing, and support to use AI effectively with sensible guardrails and scalable tooling. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, own cost and latency metrics, and partner with leadership to sequence AI investments against the roadmap.
